It is argued that the responsibilities of government are only to provide a limited range of services for the residents such as military capabilities and infrastructure, not accountable for all other services like education, healthcare or social security. In my opinion, the state authorities are capable of associating with private organisations and individuals to share the responsibilities to provide all vital facilities.

Initially, the national organisations need to satisfy the demands of inhabitants’ lives at a fundamental level. Water and electricity supplies, for example, are the basic necessities for people’s lives, that must be offered in a sufficient quantity for all dwellers to have access to them. In addition, the expansion of the road systems is also critical, increasing in the number of highways to keep up with the expectations on convenient travel. Furthermore, plenty of schools and hospitals are aware of improving the quality and efficiency, with many modern equipments are wisely invested to sucessfully address training and healthcare problems. Besides, the national defence and security are well maintained, reflecting in the decreased crime rates.

On the other hand, personal parties and confidential firms should have duties to improve the citzens’ living standards, due to having a better understanding of local needs. Therefore, they can collaborate with the government to upgrade the infrastructure, construct new pathways or bridges. Moreover, financially autonomous schools and hospitals are created, receiving more compliances. Specifically, many private businesses open tourist area, for not entertainment, but contributing to financial development.

In a nutshell, as the aforementioned analyses, the cooperation between state organisation and intimate groups have a variety of advantages. It potentially makes life better for residents, as well as the development of the country. And this probably creates more works to handle unemployment issues.

To conclude, both government parties and personal companies had better share in the provision of most services. Hopefully, the collaboration from both sides can bring more and better results.
