A good program for testing peoples english skills

Hi i am wondering if there is any program or website where you can log in and test your english skills, preferrably without being able to change the results afterwords, so to eliminate cheating. It would also be really nice if one could create a profile, do the test and then send the testresult to a mailadress.

I've got CD ROMs that came with the student book. I've also got exam training CD ROMs saved on my computer. I don't think I can send it though here.
