A good neighbour is someone who respects other people  and helps them if necessary.In my opinion,good neighbours are rare and some people do not even know who their neighbours are.First of all,a good neighbour is not nosy or noisy!They do not ask you personal questions or gossip about you.In addition,they do not make a lot of noise when you want to relax or sleep.Of course,they should invite you to the party because good neighbours are also friendly.You should be able to pop in and chat to your neighbour and have a cup of tea together.Good neighbours are also willing to help you if you need them.For example,if you need a doctor urgently,they are happy to call one for you.To sum up,a good neighbour knows when to be friendly but also when to leave you alone.As the saying goes:'Good fences make good neighbours' !Well,l hope you'll like me essay about neighbours hehe l  just wrote this so l decided to put it here...maybe it can be useful for someone!Xtina

I have made some minor corrections to your post. One thing I would say, though I haven't changed, is that you might want to decide between "Neighbours are..." and "Neighbours should be..." Consistency is important.

The other thing to concentrate on is your punctuation. It's very important to remember that you must put a space after each comma and each full stop. It stops the words all running into one long line/paragraph and makes it much easier to read.

Nowadays , neighbours are replaced by the various means of communication so they are become unnecessairs.

Nevertheless , the neighbours are necessaires that s why the neighbour is a person who enables you to acquir a comfortable life.but this type of neighbour are rare because neighbours are the persons who share you ups and downs.

first of all, good neighbour should to be calm and not noisy especailly during in the night in late time.

furthermore, good neighbour ought to avoid beeing nosey and curuise in a negative way .

In fact neighbour , mustn t tell gossips and lies about you ,so neighbours should keep distance between theirselfes to avoid this as english proverb says " good fences makes good neighbours".
