A good english grammar book

Emotion: smile Hello everybody!
I'd like to buy an english grammar but there are plenty of books..., can anyone give me some tips about a good one please? I already know almost everything from school and i often have chance to talk with a few friends, so i can practice, but i keep on making mistakes...!

I think, that it could be nice for you to try English Grammar in Use. v=glance&n=283155 I hope, You know this.. it helps, even if you have a perfect English, you can improve it by those 2 pages for each "topic".
