A good education or good education?

Hi

Thanks for helping me again.

I've searched on the internet regarding the above and found that both terms have been used...can somebody tell me which one is correct?

Good education means... OR
A good education means....

Tks,
Pete

Even though education itself is not countable, we use the phrase You need a good education to be successful all the time. I don't shiver when I hear it without the article, however.
