a friend is visiting...

Hi,
I am looking at a student's text and I found these 3 sentences that do not sound quite correct and I am not entirely sure if and how to correct them:

1) "I am very happy that you will come in my country". Shouldn't it be "...come to my country"?

2)My hometown is far from the sea 25km". Shouldn't be " ...is 25 km from the sea"

3) You can arrive to the mountains by a little train, by car or bus". I was told that as a general expression you say "by car/train/bus" but if you add details it is usually more correct to say "with (e.g. with a little train, with my car, etc...) What do you think?

Can you please help me?

Hi Clive,

I thought about your comment regarding "a little train". Could you please clarify why is it incorrect for me?
Yesterday in class a student said that he was "in a fair, and there was a little queue in front of his stall" and, mindful of what you said, I was not sure whether to correct him or not.
When we use little as "tiny" can't we say : " a
