A formal letter. Please correct it. Thank's before

Dear Mr Pete Kines

I am Ilma Mufidah, an undergraduate student of Industrial Engineering Department, Industrial Technology Faculty, Tenth of November Institute of Technology, Indonesia.
I am interested in doing Culture Assessment using NOSACQ-50 (Nordic Occupational Safety Climate Questionnaire), and I intend to use that tool for assessing culture Assessment in a Land-based transportation industry in My City. What I want to know further about this questionnaire are:
1. Is it feasible for land based transportation industry? (what I mean here is an Industry which offers a land-based transportation service, e.g. Bus, Taxi, etc) As I've found that culture assessment is also used in construction, offshore, aviation, and train industries.
2. Does "Safety Climate" in Nordic Occupational Safety Climate Questionnaire mean a snapshot of safety culture? so it's not a completely safety culture, but a snapshot of it? As i have read an article which is mentioned that safety climate can be regarded as a more superficial and momentary reflection - a snapshot - of an organization's safety culture.
3. In the same article, I read that Recommendations for working with NOSACQ-50 results will be forthcoming on the website . Is it true? And if it is, can you please tell me when the recommendation will be included in the web? As it’s necessary for recommendation in my future final project.

4. I’ve read the PDF version of the English translation of NOSACQ-50, and there is a writing “draft’ in the questionnaire as water mark. Is it the questionnaire which is ready to use?

5. When I opened the website of NOSACQ-50, I saw there is Indonesian translation of the questionnaire, but I didn’t find the link. Is Indonesian version of the questionnaire available and ready to use?
