A formal letter of resignation

I rewrited a letter of resignation. I attempt to make some changes to make more formal main in terms of diction. However, the lever of my English language is not high. Could you help me check whether the changes are acceptable to native speakers? And do you have any other suggestions?

Dear Mr. Wang,

I am writing to inform you of my decision to quit resign my position as an editor in from Fashion & Design magazine. It is my pity a disappointment to end my job with you as well as the colleagues in the department.

I am Li Ming, an editor of western fashion, who entered entering this company two months ago. I find that I do not fit in with this position because of my major, was computer science. Hence, I then decide make up my mind to leave the company and make another choice. I must apologize for the inconveniences that my leave may occur cause.

I would be much grateful be deeply indebted to you if you are so kind as to accept my resignation and apology. I wish for a brighter future of the company.

I'm sorry -- I made a typing mistake. I will no longer BE working (not "by" working).

You don't have to apologize for leaving a job. They don't don't have to accept your resignation. You can leave at any time. Therefore, you don't need to be grateful for anything regarding your departure. Instead, be grateful for the opportunities given to you up until the time you decided to leave. They
