"A footbal match we did not want to miss"

"A footbal match we did not want to miss"

The memory of that day is still vivid in my mind. We were playing in the courtyard of our friend Sajan. Suddenly, Needle-nose broke the news. "Hey, do you know the final match between Mohan Bagan and East Bengal are going to take place today." he said.

We were greatly exited to this. Rahul suggested we should go and watch. Sajan agreed saying we could not afford to miss the final match. He asked when the match would start. "At 4pm" answered Needle-nose. I said we had 30 minutes in hand and we could reach the stadium in time.

So off we went to Rajghat, without taking permission from our parents.

Are there any mistakes? Does it need polishing?
