A few sentences to correct

Could you help me to correct these setences, please:

1) I am very keen on doing the shopping – this is my way of relaxation - i think it's incorrect,

as we say: way of doing sth, way to do sth, I think we should say:

2)this is my way of relaxing

3)this is my way to relax

Could we also say:

4)I am very keen on doing the shopping – this is my understanding of relaxation, sport and entertainment.

I am describing a new shopping centre in my town:

5) I visited it the first time on Thursday. Is it ok? or should I say:

6)I had visited it the first time on Thursday.

7) Nowadays, there are at least three supermarkets in each city. Is the word 'each' ok? I feel it doesn't match here..shouldn't we say : 'every'. Does the word 'each' have specific connotations? For example:

Nowadays, there are at least three supermarkets in each city in Germany.

I would appreciate your help.

Thank you!
