A few sentences to check

Just tell me whether these sentences are okey or not (in not, why?) :

1. We'll just manage to catch the train if we leave soon. (what's the meaning of : we'll just manage to.. ?)
2. If I see him again, I'll tell him to visit you. (hmm... How am I supposed to express that the other guy should vist the first one?)
3. If you don't hear from me by next Friday, it'll mean I'm in trouble. (or that will mean... ?)
4. If you don't hear from me by next Friday, you can assume I'm dead.
5. If you don't hear from me by next Friday, you can assume I'm not coming.
6. I'll tell you my secret, only if you promise to keep it for yourself.
7. Look up the answer in the key, if you cannot make up any answer.
8. I'll accept your explanation only if you promise that it doesn't happen again.
9. I'll accept your explanation only if you will support it with evidence. (I know that the second "will" is used to express "willingness" but for some reason I cannot translate this sentence properly or rather transform into something else...)

and, "If the worst should come to the worst..." - what does this proverb mean ?

thanks!

ps. there is one more thing I'm curious about... how am I supposed to know whether the first conditional refers to things which are 100% probable to happen ? I mean, I know that sometimes the conditionas in the 1st conditional are likely to happen, but sometimes they are not... I'm wondering, how can I know whether the condition someone stated is sure to happen ?

best wishes,

Thanks Nona,

I'm still not sure about these two things :

1. If you don't hear from me by next Friday, it'll mean I'm in trouble. ----> Can I say - "that will mean..." instead of "it will mean..." ?
