a few questions on general sentences

Hi again teachers,

1)
Situation:
I am taking to Jane on phone and after talking to her for a few minutes I wish to speak to her dad. Now what should I say to her?
Should I say "Give the phone to your dad, please" ?

Is there any other better way to express the same idea as in quotations above?

How about If I just say "I wish to speak to your dad, please." ?

2)
When we don't listen to what someone says, we could say 'pardon' or 'could you say that again, please?'

Could we also say 'sorry' or 'excuse me' in that situation?
I once heard someone saying 'come again' for that situation, though at first, I couldn't understand why the person said 'come again'.

3)
Teachers, What is the difference between 'Can I talk to xyz' and 'Can I speak to xyz' if there is any?

Thank you.
