A few grammer questions

Hello!

I have a few questions, I appreciate you kind help! I hope this isn't too much. Emotion: big smile

1. Should somethine like 'Internetional Woman Day' be capitalize in the middle of a sentence?

2,In a dialogue, does it matter if you write- said Jack, or Jack said, after the quotation? meaning, "Let's go!" Jack said/said Jack.


3. She noticed that there is a box on the floor.

or

She noticed a box on the floor.

Which one is correct? Or, which one is better?


4. last one, promise!

How do u describe someone sitting on a chair near a dask? can you say, 'She sat at her desk'?
