Howdy, Note: I suspect this will not be the last time I solicit opinions on formatting. Here are a few that have occurred to me lately.
BTW, I'm aware that relatively minor points like these are not crucial to a script's success that the more substantive stuff (like, oh, story and character) is much more what we need to worry about. I'm interested nonetheless. - Using FADE IN: at the start of the script. I've read in a few places that this has become less standard and maybe even is not-so-correct now in some readerss eyes? - Parentheticals. Do you capitalize them? E.g., (beat) or (Beat)?
- Ellipses. I really hate putting a space between each of the three periods, i.e., ". . ." rather than "...", but I've read in several places that the former is correct. Whattya think?
