A few corrections

Can I say,

(a) John is a St.John member. / John is a member of St John.So he supported her mother's arm to sit on the sofa. He fetched the first-aid-kit and applied ointment to her bruises.

(b) Her mother shouted loudly because her knee was in pain. John heard her mother shouting and ran out of the bedroom instantly.

(c) John has a responsible mother, Leon. One day, she was standing on the stool to clean the windows while John was studying in his bedroom.

John is a member of St John's- Normally we expect a noun following a proper name: St. John's parish or St. John's Hospital.
