A few corrections

Can I say,

(a) Peter took a vase with many beautiful carvings. He bargained with the man and agreed with him.

(b) His wife put the vase in the living room that Mr Khoo bought.

(c) His wife arranged flowers neatly / properly. When she finished, she felt happy with the flowers.

(d) His wife put the vase in the living room that they just bought. She arranged the vase full of flowers on the table. She was very happy of her arrangement.
