Can I say,

(a) She is serving dinner/drinks to the man. (Otherwise, nix the to.) Oh!! As you were!!! They're playing mixed doubles!!!!

(b) The boy plays with her neighbour every noon. (whose neighbor?) Who is this unintroduced girl??? (Does he have a personality problem?)

(c) She is buying in a supermarket. Unless you're in the stock market, buying usually takes a direct object. She is buying groceries in a supermarket. She is shopping in a supermarket. (Shopping is intransitive.)

(d) He ~~hangs~~ /hung/is hanging/was hanging/is going to hang/did hang some clothes on the line this evening. He hangs some clothes on the line every evening.

(e) She is buying goods in/at the market. I think at is preferred. I'm not really sure.

(f) These men are jogging at the park. Grammatically it seems fine, but isn't there a logical problem? - Unless you're looking at a picture of some men: But why aren't these men here?? These men are jogging at the park. OR We could be watching a video of some men jogging: Where are these men jogging? These men . . . . .
