A draft reply to technical division

Please help me improve the following draft reply to my company's technical division. Many thanks.

In response to your proposed improvement work at the company's backyard, we have thoroughly read through your layout plan and we are still uncertain if your laying of cable lines together with installation of cable pits will affect the roots of the trees in the vicinity. Admittedly, the extensive removal of plants there followed by the work looks inevitable as discussed earlier but we still have a deep concern if the trees there could successfully avoid being affected by the work. To achieve that, may your office consider to slightly re-align the route of laying the cable lines accompanied by re-arranging the cable pits construction. Apart from the above, we have no further comments on the work and we look forward to having your total estimated costs and possible commencement date of the project, if available, by 19.05.2016.

Yours sincerely,
YH
