A doubt on HAVE
hello masters, pls pls clarify a doubt on HAVE
I have a pen
May I know how to patternize the above sentence?- SVO or SVC
Is HAVE in the above mentioned sentence , a transitive verb or an intranstive verb?
Can we change the sentence I HAVE A PEN into passive voice?
If YES how?
If NO why?
Pls answer my questions dear experts!
I am eagerly awaiting for your answers

"I have a pen." is transitive.
"A pen is had [by me.]" is passive. (If "have" were not transitive, we couldn't make the "passive transformation.")
