A dialogue between a doctor and his patient part 2

D: Are you suffering from cough, too?

P: Yes. A little bit.

(He prescribes some medicine for him and says)

D: Take these two pills after every meal; and this capsule twice a day for three days.

P: I need a very good medicine to make me feel quite well within a few hours. My exams begins day after tomorrow.
