(The doctor feels the patient's pluse and examines his tongue and asks the patient)

P: Yes. A little bit.

(He prescribes some medicine for him and says)

D: Take these two pills after every meal; and this capsule twice a day for three days.

P: I need a very good medicine to make me feel quite well within a few hours. My exams begins day after tomorrow.

To say what? It's incomplete. You could replace "say" with speak or talk. Another possibility would be to delete "like".

Should be from a cough.

P: I need very good medicine to make me feel well within a few hours. My exams begin the day after tomorrow.

The first "a" is superfluous.

The use of "quite" is strange and awkward. You could delete it or, replace "feel quite well" with feel better or just better.
