A dialogue

Hello,

When I read this dialogue I got a little confused. I am not sure I guessed who these girls are for each other. Could you help me, please?

AlysonI have my ways. Anyway, he wants to see us.
NadineI can't believe my ears ! He said that ?
AlysonYes he wants us to meet our half-sister.
NadineWe have a half-sister ? Does Mom know ? (I figured she is Alyson's sister.)
AlysonYes, she's all for it.
NadineWell, I'm in shock. How do you feel about all this ? (Does 'this' refer to having a half sister here?)
AlysonAs far as I'm concerned, it's water under the bridge.
