A Descriptive Essay
Well, I have written a descriptive essay, and I need your remarks about it. Thank you in advance.
Would you like to know the special smell that can turn a bad day to a fancy ? Obviously, and definetly Lazania. Because of its special effect, it is not hard to me to recognize that strong smell from thousands of mixed and different aromas. Probably my admiration toward Lazania can be simply justified by its amazing look and its complex taste.
The fascinating look of Lazania is due to its great change before and after being cooked. At first, it is a group of dry layers of pasta sperated by a bloody tomato sauce. On top, lays a thikness of grater gruyere and parmesan cheese, and just at the bottom of it there is a creamy, soft bechamel sauce spotted with tiny peaces of garlic-herbs. This view of different ingredients resemble to a building with many stores each with a different colour( here I used a similes because I'm required to do that ). Then comes the cooking time. And after about thirty minute of waiting, the alarm is raised and the queen is about to leave her castle. To forget those previous, hard moment all you need is slice crispy melted cheese weirdly mixed with a sweet, tender flavour of paprica and bichamel sauce all rolled by a thin well cooked pasta.
Really, till the moment I’ve written these words no dish is worthy to be placed at the top my favorite dish than Lazania.

Lazania is not a good English word. The name of this pasta dish is spelled differently in English. Find the correct spelling. It is good practice for you.
