My essay:

This flat is on the top floor of a building with fantastic view of Persian Gulf.

This modern flat has about 130 square meters. It has two bedrooms, a master bedroom, a living room, two bathroom and a large spacious kitchen. All the rooms are very light with wooden floor and big windows. The living room decorates by three paintings and plants. All rooms have air conditioning and beautiful curtains. There are carpets in all the bedrooms. The kitchen and master bedrooms have their own balconies. Outside of the flat, there is a large terrace with lovely flowers where is suitable for outdoor entertaining.

The flat is situated in a peaceful neighborhood, named 'Golshahr', where is on the outskirts of Bandar Abbas, Iran. It is a 10-minute walk from 'Golshahr' beach where is one of the best beaches in Iran. There are some great swimming pools there and you could do lots of water sports. Also, you could find great sea food restaurants there and enjoy their taste. It is a short drive from "Mega mall" where you could buy everything you need.

This flat is excellent for a family with children who like to live in a pleasant place with magnificent views of Persian Gulf. This flat is not suitable for pets.
