A delicious-looking bibimbap

Hi. I think bibimbap is a Korean dish that has various vegetables mixed with rice, all mixed with red pepper sauce. Also I think what is added might be some sesame oil, if a person likes it. Now, please tell me why it has the indefinite article "a" in front in no. 2 , whereas there isn't the indefinite article "a" in no. 1?

1. Many people like bibimbap.

2. There is a delicious-looking bibimbap.
