A definition for "flare for"

I wonder if anyone can point me to a source (a dictionary, etc.) which would document the usage of "flare for", as in "...he has a flare for dramatics". I think i have a pretty good idea what it means ("an inclination to", "an affinity for"), but I have yet to find such usage documented in a dictionary.
Cheers!
