A day spent stuck inside

It's good to have a walk after a day spent stuck inside.

1. Is the sentence above grammatical and natural?

2. Can this part "spent stuck inside" be considered a fragment of a sentence?

I mean I'm not sure whether "stuck inside" is related to the verb "spent" or the verb "have".

I think it's relates to spent, because only in this way, the sentence makes sense.
