a couple of "obscure places" in the guest-receptionist dialog

Hi,

Here is yet another curious audio (http://www.eng-math-tuition.narod.ru/BudgetHotelRooms.mp3) that I need your help with...

The places that I cannot hear clearly enough are separated with the beep signals (single starting beep -> two ending beeps).

I hope this request is not very time-consuming or tedious for you...
