You'll be all right with that paragraph. The reason I considered chill as a poor choice of words is because chill as a noun has a negative connotation. If it is the word you wish to use, then go ahead. I changed my to our for reasons that should be obvious. If you prefer my, there can be no opposition on grammatical grounds.
