A conversation

Are there any mistakes in this conversation? Please let me know by correcting it.

Roy: Sir, I think we need to decrease the production of our product.


Manager: That was a peculiar supposition, Roy. I thought you had shrewd business acumen.
Hafiz: Sir, I don't think Roy's proposition is erroneous.

Manager: How come?

Hafiz: Because it's not a common problem. We have not faced it before. We should think long and hard about it.

Manager: You're quite right,Hafiz. This problem remains a conundrum to me. I hope we will be able to come up with a solution to this problem.
