A Complex Issue Part I

PART I
A COMPLEX ISSUE

The current status of the imperfect and the impoverished demands a chartered course that the functional authority cannot supply. A resolution from the coeval governance would serve as a direct policy contradiction. Entitlement programs do not offer a redemptive door to those subjugated by collateral sanctions.
The bureaucratic imposed (govermental) appropriation programs formulate a mawkish dependency. Such allotments reflect a hegemony relationship retention. Only foresighted leadership recognizes the motives aliken to a colonialism mentality, while rendering definitive action steps to counter subtle symmetrical oppression.
In order to break the subtle acts of repression, the general populace (the imperfect and the impoverished constituencies) await forethoughtful leadership. Prescience demonstrates a trendsetter dressed to confront the unsuspected with succinctness in option adjustments. Proactive leadership galvanizes the people.
Pioneers introduce fresh concepts not always easily palatable or smartly grasped. The advent of a new nation, launched from the shores of the most powerful society (economic and military) the world has ever known, challenges the though process.
Nation Building cannot be oversimplified, obtaining nationhood status represents a complexity endeavor.
However, a sagacious bellwether sparks electrification among the people. Vision inspires the people. Articulation exhilarates and rivets the people into a force of change. A pacesetter looks upon a sea of people and foresees their needs met with overflowing abundance.
An innovator causes a pleasurably intense stimulation and a sensationally esoteric provocation within the spirits of the people. They easily transition from the theoretical into the operational. The groundbreaker clears a path that the will of the people turns into a highway overlooking the complexity of the explanation.
The vision (nationhood) becomes the actual command of the populace (the imperfect and the impoverished).
