A complaint Letter for an engine

I must send a complaint letter to a manufacturer.

I need your help

Please fix this

Despite having all of maintenance completely done regularly and accurately, the block of motor had been broken during engine heating pre-work in the day of 28 January 2008. After a detailed analysis we realized that this kind of breakdown is occurring frequently in this model and in this brand.

Have you performed any inquiry, analysis about this kind of problems? Have you provided any repair or revamp operation on that model machines as a manufacturer? Have you installed any part, tool on the machine to get over the problem?

We know this kind of machines very well as a construction firm. Because we have been working with this machines for a long time. It is not normal to breakdown a machine engine in 5223 work hour. Wrong engine type selection caused this breakdown. This kind of engine can not work in this machine. However your company have never told anything about the weak sides of the machine and engine. They sold this machine with excellent marketing techniques to us.

Because of the problem our firm had been damaged as spiritual and material.

Also we lost many work days.

What kind of service would you provide for your customers as the manufacturer? Is it possible to evaluate the situation in the manufacturer guarantee?

Hi, A few suggestions. Start by saying what you are writing about and what you want them to do. This letter is a combination of complaint, expressing your unhappiness, and asking them to do something - but I'm not sure what.

We bought a excavator from your Samsun/Turkey branch in 2005. The chassis serial no of the machine is LC-08-0
