A company for which/for whom I have worked

In the following sentence, do I use for whom or for which? Is the sentence grammatically correct? I think that for which is correct.

That is a company for which/whom I have worked the last twenty-two years.

In this one, I believe I'd use whom because we're talking about a living, breathing human being.

Bernie is the one for whom I've worked the past twenty-two years.

Thanks for your continued guidance and help!!!Emotion: big smile

So then the sentences are grammatically accurate, I'm assuming.

It is about the company, which is not a living, breathing human being.
I believe it is "WHICH"
