a comma splice sentence?

Hi,

Just curious if this is a comma splice in the following sentence and will it fix it if I break the sentence into two at the second "and"? thanks!

Additionally, I am proficient with computer systems and software worked as a computer repair technician utilizing trouble shooting, and problem solving abilities on a daily basis, my work experience and education therefore make me an excellent candidate for this position.
