A colon followed by bullet statement

Question -

The last sentence in a paragraph ends in a colon ( : ) followed by one line bullet points. Do you end each one line bullet statement with a period or leave blank. The one line statement may be only two words.

These are the mission and guiding principles of AHS:



  • Add value to the local school



  • As an independent club, add value to the stability & development of the students



  • As a group, add value to economic growth of the school



  • Be a good neighbor

Hi, Either way is OK. But I would avoid periods, in order to make the writing look visually simple and clear. After all, that's why yu are using bullet points.

Either way is OK. But I would avoid periods, in order to make the writing look visually simple and clear.

After all, that's why yu are using bullet points.
