A careless accident

At the recess / At the recess time, Peter was running hurriedly towards the canteen when he heard the bell ringing. There was a little girl holding a bowl of hot noodles soup looking for an empty seat. At that moment, Peter bumped into her accidentally.

The girl shouted when she dropped her bowl of soup from /off her hands. / The girl shouted when the bowl of soup was dropped to / onto the floor. The hot soup scalded all over her hands. Her hands were in pain /Her hands were very painful. It was (really) messy on the floor.

The girl seemed annoyed. Immediately, Peter apologised to her and bought another bowl of soup to / for her. He started to clean (up) the floor himself. He is really a responsible boy. Later, he took the girl to apply some ointment (on her hands). It was an careless accident.
