These are the two you should use.

-- Do you have a car?
-- Yes. (I have a car.)

-- Can you lend it to me?

-- Do you have any cars?
-- Yes. (I have some cars.)

-- Can you lend one to me? / Can you lend one of them to me?

someone says " I like an apple." is not correct, is it true?

If "I like apples" is correct. why "do you have cars" can not be used in

A: Do you have cars ? Can you lend me?

I am so confused that.

Is it because the "any" need to be used in a question sentence or a nagative sentence? right?

It's not good as an isolated group of words to answer that question. It's correct, but it requires a different context, like this:

I like an apple with my lunch. = I like to eat an apple as part of my lunch.

As in the previous question, context is required.

In the supermarket, you can ask a clerk or assistant, "Do you have apples?" (Are apples available for sale here?) Some stores may sell apples; others may not. Some stores may have apples available now; others may not.

But where would you go where you would ask, "Do you have cars?" (Are cars available for sale here?) You would go to a place that sells cars. But then it would be crazy to ask, "Do you have cars?" You know they have cars or you wouldn't be there to buy one. All places that sell cars have cars for sale.

But if you go to a place that displays only trucks, you may ask, "Do you have cars, too? Or only trucks?" Do you see the difference?

Jacky56Lin"any" needs to be used in a question sentence or a negative sentence? Right?
