A: Do you have a car ? Can you lend me?

A: Do you have cars ? Can you lend me?

A: Do you have any car? Can you lend me?

A: Do you have any cars? Can you lend me?



A: Do you have some cars? Can you lend me?



which one is more spoken?

and any different meanings?

I believe you can use any of them interchangably.

However, I also believe that you would use "Do you have a car ? "

when you happen to discuss with your companion about a specific car.

For instance, if you have happen to talk about Aston Martin with a friend of yours, you may ask your friend if he/she has a car. I'm NOT 100 percent on this, but I presume that

I think you are correct.

I tend to forget that "a" is used as a generic term, but "the" tends to be more specific.
