A buddy of mine asks me this question: Will/would you pick me up if you don't mind? I reply: Yes, I can/could/will pick you up, no problem. Are all examples correct?

"can" and "will" both work. In conversation "I will" would normally be contracted to "I'll". I would be less inclined to use "could" here.

"can" and "will" both work. In conversation "I will" would normally be contracted to "I'll". I would be less inclined to use "could" here. It sounds a tad too hypothetical.

"Will" and "would" are used interchangeably in the question (US usage). "Would" is a little more polite way of asking.

In the reply, "...I'll pick you up..." is a definite affirmative answer. You are saying that you will definitely pick him up.

"...I can pick you up..." is less definite. You are not being as definite here as in "...I'll pick you up..."
