A bothering question of "What do you think...?"

Hello:
Please tell me which sentence is gramatically correct:

1. What do you think are the top five best movies of this year?
2. What do you think the top five best movies of this year are ?

Although I'm not sure which is correct, but I do know sentence like "Who do you think you are?" is correct, and "Who do you think are you?" is rarely spoken. So does that suggest sentence 2 could be the correct one? Please help me with this bothering question. Thank you very much!

From an extremely strictly grammatical point of view, sentence 2 is "more correct" than sentence 1, but no one will bat an eye if you utter sentence 1. The longer the subject (the top five best movies of this year), the more common it is to place are/is/was/were before it in sentences like yours. CB
