A book about pronounciation published by the bbc

Hi. I'm from HK. A few days ago, a friend told me that he read that the bbc published a book about pronounciation. I wanna know the name of the book. My friend doens't really sure if the book is published by the bbc or the author is a person teaching staffs in bbc how to speak.
