Hi,

Does the above mean "Jack is talkative or likes to nag?"

We don't say 'blabberjaw'.

We say 'Jack is a blabbermouth'.

This means that Jack likes to talk a lot, often in a foolish way.

The term is also often used to mean that Jack can't keep a secret.

eg I'm going to tell you a secret
