As a native speaker, all the ways I can think to phrase that sound a little awkward to me. The more natural phrases are often not clear whether it is the packages that are different sizes, or the items in the packages. For instance, if I say "These packages of socks come in two different sizes." it would be common for someone to misunderstand and think I mean that the socks in one package are a different size than the socks in the other package. Especially for a business deal, I would make sure it was very clear by specifying the two sizes.

"The water bottles are sold in two different quantities, boxes of five and boxes of twenty five."
"I have these candies in two differently sized packages, one pound bags and five pound bags."
"The candies are available in two pound bags and five pound bags."
"We sell 12-packs of soda, and 24-packs."
"Those notebooks are available individually, or in three-packs." (You can't use that "X-pack" phrasing for all things. It is most often used for cheap things.)

Also, "differently sized packages" would be correct grammar, but it is common to hear "different sized packages" and maybe even "different size packages" from native speakers. However, anyone who used "package" instead of "packages" in that context would be immediately identifiable as a non-native speaker.
