"The law states that a concession contract results from a public tender, which is a good provision in order to prevent corruption, so as to choose the best proposal which offers the best advantages and possibility of results and gains to the Mozambican State.
It will also promote a competitive, more just and collectively fairer procedure at the same time, for the benefit of the society."
