A ball pen question

Hi,

Lets take a typical ball-point pen.
What do you call the internal ink reservoir? I mean is there a special term to designate this part of a ball pen?

Well, I like 'internal ink reservoir', but we usually ask for a 'refill' when we go to replace it. Wikipedia uses your term: The refill replaces the entire internal ink reservoir and ball point unit rather than actually refilling it with ink, as it takes special high-speed centrifugation to properly fill a ball point reservoir with the viscous ink. aspx
