But "...so influenced my life" sound rather literary.

"Few people have had as much influence on my life as my girlfriend [has]" is more natural - and the [has] is optional.

I'd agree that B is wrong and A has a rather mannered sound.

This would be the usual phrase:

"Few people have influenced my life as much as my new girlfriend has."
