A bad look?

If a woman is wearing garish clothes, she can get/receive a bad look.

Can I say like that above?

get/receive give a good/bad look. Or are there other proper expressions?

No, that doesn't work,

Do you mean she isn't stylish ("That's not a good look on you.")?

mr1binshe can get/receive a bad look.
You may be aiming for this idiom:

... she might get some dirty looks.

For the same idea but in a higher register, substitute disapproving for dirty.

If you mean people look at her and think she looks good, I suggest "admiring looks."

When you say "a good look" it means you can see clearly. A man driving a big blue car dented your fender, but I didn't get a good look at his car or at him.
