A, B, and C

When you list three different things you write 'A,B, and C'. Right?
But, what would you do if one of them has a negative meaning? What would be the right conjunction?

Eg)
I don't drink alcohol, don't smoke but do jogging every day.
I eat a lot of fruits and veggies and don't drink alcohol or smoke.
I do jogging every day, but not drink alcohol nor smoke.

Can you please fix those if wrong? Thanks.
