Hello, Anano.

(1) When we refer to the meals of breakfast, lunch, and dinner, we do not use a:

I have breakfast/lunch/dinner at 7 o'clock.

(2) We use a if we are talking about an individual or particular breakfast, lunch, or

dinner:

I have a big/delicious/quick breakfast every morning at 7 o'clock.
