A another

Hello
Could you please help me..?
I have seen such a sentence in one reading exercise :
'Out on America's beaches, there is a another problem"

Is 'a another' a mistake? I think "there is another problem" is only correct, isn't it?

Taking advantage of the occasion, I would like to ask whether both these sentences are correct :
I have already read this book. Give me another book. / Give me another.
I have already read this book. Give me other book./ Give me other.

Thank you.
Kind regards.
