common cold symptoms:
I have a low fever.
I have a sore throat.
I have a headache.
I have a runny nose.
I have a stuffy nose.

common flu symptoms:
I have a high fever.
I have a sore throat.
I have a headache.
I have muscle aches.
I have sore muscles.
I have a dry cough.
I have soreness.
I have a stuffy nose.

Please check "a" and symptoms. I am not sure if I need to put a or take a away.
